ULVAC Introduces Two Larger Magnetically Coupled, Rotary Vane Pumps for Clean, Leak-free Vacuum

The ULVAC Series GV135 and GV200 rotary vane pumps feature the same magnetically coupled, oil-sealed rotary vane pump technology as the proven GHD-Series. This permits them to operate cleaner than other rotary vane pumps. They have no shaft seals to wear out, eliminating oil leaks. A built-in double prevention check valve at the inlet port prevents oil backflow, eliminating messy cleanups and downtime that contaminate the user’s laboratory tool or workspace.

The GV135 has a pumping speed of 162 L/min at 60Hz while the GV200 has a pumping speed of 240 L/min at 60Hz, both at an ultimate pressure of 5.0x10-1 Pa. Furthermore, they feature a double-stage exhaust system, including backflow prevention mechanism, gas ballast mechanism and built-in thermal protector.

GV pumps offer reduced power consumption, quieter operation (46 dB(A) only) and smaller footprint. The pumps are ideal for analytical instruments like microscopes, mass spectrometry, freeze dryers, centrifuges, cryostats and general laboratory use due to their high pumping speed, cool running temperature, compact size and quiet, contamination-free operation. They feature a wide range voltage motor and are CE and cTUVus certified. A wide range of accessories makes the GV the perfect solution for your lab.
