VWT UK Welcomes Martin Wallace as New Head of Service and Engineering

Veolia Water Technologies (VWT UK) has recently appointed Martin Wallace as its new Head of Service and Engineering. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of VWT UK’s field and technology teams for England and Wales and aid the delivery of service for all market sectors. 

Initially an Avionics Technician with the Royal Air Force, Martin worked to achieve his higher national certificate in electrical engineering before joining Olympus, the market leading producer of endoscopy systems. His success in the role led him to become Business Unit Manager, looking after the UK Electronics service operations and also working with the distributors for the Middle East and Africa (MEA). He has 15 years of experience working for global companies such as GE Healthcare, Getinge and Spacelabs Healthcare.

Martin has recently joined VWT UK and has been given responsibility for the company’s field service teams in England and Wales across the municipal, industrial, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In his new role, he will be looking to increase collaboration between the teams and help deliver even higher levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
