Further to acquiring assets and the hiring of staff from former dealers, Optivision, Vision Source are committed to a seamless integration of Panasonic's products into their portfolio offering users old and new continued excellent service and support.

Product specialist, David Knipe, heads up this new business division for Vision Source. With 20 years' experience in this increasingly sophisticated and technology-driven market, David is looking forward to continuing well-established user relationships while introducing new customers to the products from Panasonic.

Panasonic's reputation for quality products delivered with high specifications in response to user needs is well earned. For example, the GP-US932X is a 3 Chip remote head micro camera with high definition up to 1080p full HD which is widely used for imaging applications. The latest model is the GP-US932X 3MOS HD camera system features the best resolution of 1000 TV lines, amazing sensitivity of 2000lx (F12/binning=ON) and a new image rotation and mirroring option. This can be activated and deactivated during operation, and extends the range of applications even further. Three pre-sets for different colour temperatures are now available for the white balance values. The switch from artificial light to natural lighting can now take place without having to perform white balancing again. Of course, the functionality of the preceding model is still available: Freeze picture, 2.5 x zoom, 12-axis colour matrix, and frequency-depending detail enhancement.
