Temperature control and sterilising
The Curtain is Raised for Lauda Circulation Chillers
May 28 2015
Lauda circulation chillers always provide the right temperature for external applications, thereby safeguarding their reliable function, be they, for example, reactors, analysis equipment, distilling systems or rotation evaporators.
Air-cooled or water-cooled, with cooling capacities of 250 W to 265 kW and for temperatures ranging between -20 and 80°C, they are a match for any requirement. From simple and basic applications to demanding thermostating tasks in the laboratory or on the production floor and all the way to the cooling of industrial machinery. Long lasting and extremely robust, they know how to impress their fans over and over and rarely need to take a break for maintenance. At the same time, they are very economical and help to save precious mains water each and every day. And best of all: they have such a compact design that they can fit on even the smallest stage.
So who‘s it going to be to showcase their talent to you?
Lauda Ultracool:
the high-performance power pack - for tasks which require maximum power
The Lauda Ultracool industrial circulation chillers with a cooling output of up to 265 kilowatts and a working temperature range from -5 up to 25°C are used by the manufacturers of, for example, printing machines, injection moulding plants and laser processing machines. They have versatile options, provide reliable temperature control and ensure secure processing.
Lauda Variocool:
circulation chillers with flexible equipment possibilities and simple operation
With the Variocool circulation chillers Lauda presents a great selection of models with a very wide performance range. The product line offers 13 models with many different options for demanding temperature control tasks. A colour TFT display provides visibility to operating parameters and allows for ease for use. A USB interface and an alarm contact are integrated as standard. Other interfaces are available as accessories. The circulation chillers operate in the range between -20 and 40°C. The maximum temperature range can be extended to 80°C with use of an optional heater. Optional pumps are available in the versions from VC 1200 for higher pressure requirements.
Lauda Microcool:
circulation chillers in a compact design with an excellent price performance ratio
Lauda is offering a line of equipment for simple cooling applications with the Microcool circulation chillers. Lauda Microcool is designed as a low-cost circulation chiller line with four compact models with cooling performances of 0.25 to 1.2 kW. The most powerful model is available as an air-cooled or water-cooled version. The circulation chillers are suitable for temperature control tasks up to -10°C. The operating element with a large LED display and membrane keyboard enables clear and simple menu guidance. An RS-232 interface and an alarm contact are integrated as standard.
New!
Lauda Microcool: New circulation chiller with 350 Watts of cooling power
With the MC 350 model, LAUDA is expanding the product portfolio of its Microcool circulation chiller line. The chiller has an operating temperature range of -10 to 40°C. The magnetically coupled pump provides a maximum supply pressure of 0.35 bar and a flow rate of 16 litres/min. As per all existing Microcool chillers, an RS-232 interface is included as standard. The circulation chiller takes up very little space on the laboratory bench thanks to its compact construction. The device is ideally suited for cooling rotary evaporators, for supplying cooling traps and for cooling distillation systems.
