RMS International Scientific Imaging Competition – Reminder

You have until midnight on Friday 1st May to submit your entry to the Royal Microscopical Society's International Scientific Imaging Competition.

There are six categories -

Electron Microscopy - Physical Science

Electron Microscopy - Life Science

Light Microscopy - Physical Science

Light Microscopy - Life Science

Scanning Probe Microscopy

Short Video

There are great prizes on offer thanks to Agar Scientific, Tousimis, and CoolLED.

“This competition goes way beyond 'coffee table' pictures and this makes it special,” commented Professor Chris Hawes, former President of the Society and competition judge. “We look for images that have a scientific quality as well as outstanding aesthetic appeal. This provides us with truly eye-catching displays.”

An exhibition of short-listed entries will be on throughout mmc2015 with the winners being announced during the event.
