UVP's ColonyDoc-It™ Imaging Station with high resolution colour camera captures the smallest colonies. The software enables quick, accurate and automated colony counting plus zone sizing and spiral counting. Multiple white light sources in the system easily illuminate colonies. The epi blue excitation optimises enumeration of GFP tagged bacteria and yeast. Plates and filters (from 33-150mm) can be accommodated. Applications include quality control, fluids contamination, microbiology studies, antibiotic testing and more.
