Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) has expanded its ZEN™ double-quencher probe portfolio to offer a new range of quencher/dye combinations. The probes are now available with a choice of five fluorescent dyes, FAM, HEX, TET, MAX or JOE, providing additional experimental flexibility. Part of the PrimeTime® qPCR range, ZEN™ double-quenched probes generate less background while increasing experiment end point signal, significantly boosting qPCR sensitivity and precision when compared to more traditional probes.
