Dr. Oscar-Werner Reif Joins Sartorius

Dr Oscar-Werner Reif has joined Sartorius Stedim Biotech as a Managing Director and additional Board member following the company’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting held in April. He joins fellow managing directors’ Volker Niebel and Reinhard Vogt.

A chemical engineer, Dr Werner Reif has been with Sartorius since 1995, becoming head of the biotechnology R&D department with global responsibilities since 2005. A
member of several industry associations, he also serves on the board of the Biotechnology sector of the DECHEMA Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology and is a lecturer at the Institute for Technical Chemistry of the University of Hannover.
