GDPA Strengthens Sales Team

Glen Dimplex Professional Appliances (GDPA), the company behind the Burco, Lec Commercial and Lec Medical brands has expanded its sales team with the appointment of three new members. The creation of the new roles will further expand the support for the company’s distributors in securing new business. Simon
Lopeman rejoins the company as Sales Director to focus on the development of the medical and international business.

He brings extensive experience and in-depth industry knowledge to GDPA, having worked in the food and catering industry for more than 20 years. Previously he worked at Martin Food Equipment, providing a consultative approach to foodservice solutions for the UK retail sector. Mark Stait and Kate Heathcote have joined as
Business Development Managers, bringing a combined 23 years of expert knowledge in the commercial hospitality industry. Both previously worked at Steelite International and in their new roles they will be developing the GDPA’s distributor portfolio.
