Targeting Core Markets
Apr 11 2016
Bruker showcased new solutions for Applied & Pharma markets, Nanoanalysis, Microscopy & Advanced Materials Research markets, as well as new after-market services. The MATRIX™ MG series of IR analysers targets gases inside a cell with different optional optical path lengths, with OPUS™ GA (Gas Analysis) software providing automatic identification and quantification of compounds without the need for calibrations.
The updated FUSION-SV 1.1 automated structure verification solution for small molecules in pharma and chemistry research now incorporates additional 2D NMR methods for chemical formula generation using ESI-QTOF mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. Introductions also included the SiBrickScan (SBS), said to be the first at-line FTIR instrument allowing for the quantification of interstitial Oxygen in complete Silicon bricks and ingots. It directly determines the Oxygen gradient along the ingot main axis and for fast and economic QC.
The Vutara™ 352 Super-Resolution Fluorescence Microscope enables new research functionality including pair-correlation, co-location, cluster, and live-cell analysis with super resolution. Based on proprietary biplane technology, it leverages high-performance data acquisition and image processing capabilities to perform the entire imaging workflow, from acquisition through localisation to quantitative analysis. The Opterra™ SR confocal option enables correlative imaging and can combine super-resolution images with confocal images for contextual information.
