ACG acquires Technical Aluminium Foil Company

ACG, the world's sole integrated pharma manufacturing solutions company, has announced its complete shareholding ownership of Technical Aluminium Foil Company (TAFC). This strategic move solidifies ACG's growth trajectory in the Middle Eastern and African markets.

As a comprehensive provider of packaging solutions, ACG offers a diverse range of products, including capsules, films, foils, engineering equipment, and inspection systems. The addition of TAFC, a prominent UAE-based aluminium foil packaging company, further strengthens ACG's position in the industry.

TAFC has earned a stellar reputation for over a decade, serving the pharmaceutical and food sectors with its wide range of aluminium and specialty packaging foils known for their exceptional high barrier properties. The company's expertise in lacquering, lamination, printing, and slitting enhances ACG's capabilities in meeting diverse packaging requirements.

This acquisition marks ACG Group's first venture in the Middle East, following its recent successful acquisitions of ComboCap and AquaCap in the Americas. TAFC seamlessly aligns with ACG Films and Foils' existing business operations, enabling both entities to leverage their combined strengths and expertise for accelerated growth.
