High Speed Digital Homogeniser Introduced

Wiggens introduces a new generation of digital high speed homogeniser D-500D, which enable the best possible result whether used for homogenisation, emulsification or suspensions.

The high-performance dispersing instrument is used for volumes range from 0.05 to 2500 ml and come equipped with a large digital display. The electronic control system continuously monitors the speed and automatically adjusts it, keeping it constant with changing viscosity. The homogeniser offers a wide speed range up to 30,000 rpm that enables users to work at high circumferential speeds even with small aggregates diameters. The high efficiency and uniqueness of the aggregate can meet all kinds of applications in sample preparation, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industry, as well as the life science branch.

Many different styles of aggregates are available, from 3mm in diameter for volumes down to 0.05 ml, and 25mm for volumes up to 2500ml. Advanced technology ensures the quick-connect coupling/removing and fast cleaning. Single use aggregates in 7 and 12 mm diameters are also available for the cross contamination unacceptable application.
