New Viscometers Exhibited at the 59th ISA Analysis Division Symposium

Dr Luc Bellière and Corentin Thierry represented Sofraser in the US by exhibiting the MIVI viscometer and the new Soflux viscometer for very high viscosity plastics and extrusion processes at the 59^th ISA analysis Division symposium held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 4-8 May 2014.

The ISA symposium is recognised as an outstanding forum for discussion of new and innovative analytical techniques, developments, and applications for process. Exhibiting together with sister companies of the Advanced Holdings Group, ATAC, Guided Wave and Atom, Sofraser displayed its latest innovation which received a very warm welcome from the ISA participants.

Dr Bellière presented a paper showcasing the many advantages of the new in-line viscosity measurement for very high viscosity products and an application to plastic and elastomer extruder. The presentation generated genuine interest and likely sales in the territory of the petrochemical industry. The ISA Analysis Division Symposium was a productive platform from which Sofraser USA, based in Houston, Texas, will launch nationwide success
