The reinforced high integrity carriage construction is designed for high speed running, where bidirectional forces are minimised and impact stresses absorbed in order to keep up with the ever increasing demands of the automation industry.

Manufactured from stainless steel, the design incorporates a 45 degree contact angle, meaning an equal load carrying capacity in all directions. Large recirculating balls designed into the smallest space enhance stiffness and torsional resistance, thus catering for high loads and moment loading. Available with a choice of carriage and rail sealing systems, reinforcement plate options and lubrication systems, Reliance’s linear guides are among the most advanced on the market today.
