Reactive adhesives for applications in the building and electronics industry are specially modified with fillers in order to tailor and customize their properties and pricing structure to the respective application.

Knowledge of the processing and functional properties of such materials is of fundamental importance in their development.

In this webinar, the EZD (European Center for Dispersion Technology) and NETZSCH-Gerätebau GmbH will be discussing the manufacturing process for such materials and presenting methods for properties characterization.

Webinar content will include formulation and production technologies for filled adhesives and methods for determining processing properties by means of DSC, rheology and DEA. Typical usage properties will be shown using application examples, such as the glass transition temperature, mechanical properties, thermal diffusivity and the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE).

This webinar is targeted toward chemists, physicists, material scientists and process technicians from industry and research who focus on the production and/or characterization of filled adhesives.

HERE you can register for the free webinar. We are looking forward to your participation.
