Sprout® Rejuvenation Snaps into Action

Heathrow Scientific has recently made significant improvements to their popular Sprout® Mini-Centrifuge to help increase efficiency and productivity in the lab.

Unlike other centrifuges on the market requiring tools to make rotor changes, the Sprout boasts a quick release mechanism that engages with the rotors for fast and easy changes. With the press of a button, the rotors easily snap in and out of place. Sprout comes with two exclusive SnapSpin™ rotors: A six-place standard rotor for 1.5/2mL tubes and an eight-place strip rotor for two 0.2mL tube strips or 16 single tubes. Adapters are included for 0.2 and 0.5mL tubes.

The Sprout continues its legacy as the ideal choice for microfilter cell separations and HPLC samples with spins at 6,000 RPM − most lasting around 20 seconds.
