Grant's ap360 kills viruses and bacteria with advanced clean air technology
Nov 03 2020
As the seasons are changing and winter draws in, we contemplate the increased amount of time we will spend indoors. Clean and virus-free air quality is a vital consideration, especially with the continued threat of coronavirus. The air in our indoor spaces is often 2 to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air, resulting in poor indoor air quality and increasing health risks. With that in mind, together with indoor environments acting as a playground for viruses and bacteria, we need to look after the air that we breathe. That is why Grant developed the ap360, a highly powerful and innovative virus killer that uses a unique multi-tier filtration and UVC light technology system. The UVC light technology together with the HEPA13 filtration sets our device apart from other air purifiers on the market. Let us explore why.
The powerful ap360 air sterilising purification solution recycles the air in a 90m³ room four times in an hour, maximising air quality and making it ideal for businesses and medical settings. The device combats airborne viruses, bacteria, mould, allergens, and other microorganisms to prevent viral diseases including COVID-19, SARS and MERS, rapidly, safely, and quietly, giving businesses, patients, customers and employees peace of mind.
Standard air purifiers use CADR (clean air delivery rate) which often lets infectious air through. The ap360 uses UVC light technology within the advanced filtration process. A UVC dose of at least 280 J/m² is used after filtration to breakdown the RNA and DNA, destroying any known viruses and bacteria, rendering them harmless or prohibiting growth and reproduction. We use this technology as UVC is a known sterilisation method, and is a proven effective against coronavirus, influenza and other diseases causing pathogens.
The medical-grade HEPA13 filtration acts as the particle filter to trap and kill 99.95% of airborne viruses and bacteria including coronavirus. With 360° air intake, air is drawn in and passed through a EN1822 standard HEPA13 certified filter to trap particles including aerosol droplets. The fan and filter have been co-designed with a feedback sensor so when the filter gradually becomes dirty, the fan will offset this to ensure the air flow from the machine remains at specified levels, keeping indoor environment pollutant-free and fully operational.
Medical-grade H13 HEPA filter traps 99.95% of viruses and bacteria fast and efficiently
UVC lamps then provides powerful UV air sterilisation that disrupts the DNA and RNA in any remaining bacteria and viruses
Large air processing capacity of 360m3 / hour means continuous clean air in larger or high-risk areas
Sophisticated fan offers simplicity and multiple speeds unlike most filter devices, it has sensor feedback from the air outlet, and auto-compensates its speed as the filter gradually becomes dirty, so the air flow is always at nominal capacity
Digital timer 1 min – 24 hrs or non-stop to set to the desired time
Compact and portable in design to minimise use of space and maximise portability
Why not explore this portable, powerful, cost-effective and safe solution today!
