How Would You Like Your Oven?

Oct 31 2012

Each furnace and oven sold by Carbolite is built to order using Carbolite designs in the Carbolite factory by Carbolite engineers. The advantage that this offers customers is that a wide range of optional choices can be added straight from the price list: Three phase electrical configuration can be specified to provide much faster heating where there is an appropriate electrical supply. More sophisticated controllers can be added into which temperature profiles can be entered for an automatic process cycle or to enable digital communications or data logging. Load sensed cascade temperature control can be added to enable the temperature of the sample under test rather than the surrounding chamber to exert control of energy input into the furnace of oven.

One of the most popular additions in the oven ranges are the stoving and curing packs. These provide for efficient removal of fumes from the chamber and add explosion relief panels to reduce the potential hazards from the accumulation of flammable vapours within the oven.

With ranges having maximum temperatures from 250°C to 750°C, however you would like your particular oven, there is likely to be one in the Carbolite range that fits the bill.
