The S2 PICOFOX is Bruker’s total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This highly sensitive instrument can be used for the analysis of trace elements with detection limits in the low ppb range. Two of the most important strengths of the instrument are its versatility and the capability to perform simultaneous multi-element analyses.
