Luxoft Consulting in latest lab product news

On-site staffing and project management expertise provider Luxoft Consulting Strategies Inc (LCSI) is among the latest lab product news with the revelation that it is to assist Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) in selecting its new enterprise resource planning platform.

The new platform aims to allow the laboratory to operate with greater efficiency, as well as enhancing its ability to collaborate with the US Department of Energy, where PPPL participates in the Technology Partnership Ombuds Initiative.

Stuart Selip, head of LCSI, says: "Given PPPL's vision of enabling a world powered by fusion energy and leading discoveries in plasma science and technology, we at LCSI are thrilled to be a part of an effort that would truly benefit mankind."

LCSI's role is to help PPPL in its formation of an initial project proposal to put forward to vendors, as well as to assess the responses given by the leading bidders for the contract; it may also ultimately verify and validate the implementation performance of the winning bid.
