Gilson has today launched a lifetime warranty for Pipetman® pipettes in the UK, which guarantees its products will
continue providing precise pipetting solutions for many years, even for the entire career of the user. This comes
after several reports of Gilson Pipetman® pipettes still in service after 40 plus years.

Pipettes that are serviced annually at Gilson’s UK Service Centre of Excellence are covered under the Gilson Lifetime
Warranty. This comprehensive programme includes the cost of all parts and labour for any product failures and the
cost of any parts used during the annual service. Regular servicing by Gilson experts to Gilson’s rigorous
manufacturer standards, using genuine Gilson parts, ensures that premium pipette calibration and performance is
maintained and prolongs the life of pipettes.
