Worldwide Sales and Marketing Director for XEI

XEI Scientific has announced the promotion of Dr Barbara Armbruster to the position of Worldwide Sales and Marketing Director. Dr Armbruster joined XEI Scientific in May as Director of Marketing after holding Product Management positions at Hitachi High Technologies America, JEOL USA and Gatan Incorporated. She was awarded a PhD in Botany from Duke University.

Barbara in her short tenure with XEI as marketing director has proven the value of her industry contacts for increasing Evactron® sales to electron microscopists. Her knowledge of new techniques and research trends has helped direct our sales efforts in cooperation with our new North American and South American sales distributor EMS (Electron Microscopy Sciences).”
