Miele Professional hosts Nationwide Road Show to Launch their First new Rotary Ironer Generation in 25 years
Nov 03 2014
Miele Professional will be touring the country to launch their new generation of PM 12 rotary ironers.
The tour will travel from Glasgow to London from 3rd to 10th November. Every day, the team will be visiting a different dealer venue to show them the features and benefits of the new series.
The new range includes three new models, all with new features unique to Miele Professional. All three models of the new ironers are fully adjustable according to users’ needs, meaning that the machines can be operated both from a seated and a standing operation and can be adapted to the varying heights of those that might be using the machines. They all have a new FlexControl footswitch, which is easy to position, an outfeed table, allowing automatic laundry cooldown and air cushioned suspension of the trough meaning that, throughout the ironing process, there is uniform contact pressure allowing for immaculate ironing results.
Incredibly easy to use, the new series also benefits from new controls with large touch screens, which are exclusive to Miele Professional. The controls have been designed to be as user-friendly as possible, making it easy to select the needed programme. The temperature of the ironers can be adjusted in one degree increments for precise temperature control, and the roller speed is also fully adjustable. Furthermore, the ironers have a new ‘favourites programme’ (where the users can save a specific set of programmes depending to their businesses needs), and also have a pause function.
Les Marshall, Sales and Marketing Director at Miele Professional commented: “We are extremely proud to launch our new PM 12 ironer series here in the UK. After an in-depth and thorough development process our new machines really are worth the wait. They will ensure that businesses that need to turn over high volumes can do so in record time and with immaculate results. The new range of ironers marks an evolution from ironing to finishing.
“The road show means that we’ve been able to bring our new machines to our dealers – they are such a core part of our businesses after all. I really believe the ironers will be a hit with our customers.”
