Metrohm Turkey Officially Established to become the Latest Member of the Swiss Metrohm Group

Effective 4th August 2014, Metrohm Turkey was officially established to become the official representation in Turkey of the Swiss Metrohm Group. Metrohm Turkey is the successor of Dr Kimyager I. Yanco, the family owned business, which had represented Metrohm in Turkey for almost 30 years. Metrohm Turkey is headquartered in Istanbul and represents the complete Metrohm product portfolio.

Metrohm Turkey is presided by Andre Yanco, the son of the founders of Dr Kimyager I. Yanco. Andre Yanco has more than 20 year’s of experience with Metrohm instruments gained during the time, when he managed his parents‘ business. As he declared: “It was the right time for this decision. This move will put us in an excellent position to invest and expand our business in the growing Turkish market.”

Andre Yanco and his team have long been known and preferred by customers in Turkey for their expertise and professional service. This team is expected to grow as the company plans to open regional offices all over Turkey. The headquarters of Metrohm Turkey, too, will move to new, more spacious premises in Istanbul soon; this property is currently under construction and will provide the space required for more staff, laboratories, and training facilities.
