Precision Heated Hybridisation Oven and UV Crosslinker in One Unit

UVP, LLC combines a hybridisation oven and UV crosslinker in the HL-2000 HybriLinker System for multifunctional operation. A microprocessor controls the hybridisation oven’s temperature and rotation settings. The temperature range is ambient 10^oC to 99.9^oC. The oven features variable speed control (10 to 15 rpm) and a carousel that holds twenty 35 x 150mm or ten 35 x 300mm bottles. Offset bottle positioning ensures through mixing. The UV crosslinker is designed with shortwave 254nm UV for bacterial destruction or crosslinking prior to hybridisation. Preset and manual setting control the ultraviolet or time exposure.
