Success for Science World 2013

Fisher Scientific UK celebrates the success of its 22nd Science World event.

The 22nd Science World – ‘the Fisher Scientific Laboratory Experience’, took place on Thursday 10th October at the Point, Manchester.  Over 500 customers attended on show day, networking with 80 of the UK’s top manufacturers of laboratory products and Fisher Scientific colleagues.  The atmosphere was buzzing in this new, state of the art facility.  Highlights included: seminars by Marcus du Sautoy and Ben Goldacre; back by popular request Professor Hal Sosabowski; plus opportunities for customers to meet Oscar the Robot and Miss Ballooniverse. 

John Brear, Fisher Scientific’s UK & Ireland Sales Director commented: “This year’s event has surpassed all others – we have collected over 3000 lead enquiries and already received fantastic feedback from exhibitors and customers alike.”
