A new application for the CAMSIZER XT is in the analysis of metal powders, produced and used in solder powders, metal injection moulding, welding fluxes and powder coatings. The CAMSIZER XT was developed to measure finer powders and agglomerated particles. Precise and faster analysis of particle size and particle shape helps to improve the product quality, reduce rejects and save labour costs, energy and raw materials. The stand alone unit has interchangeable module options for dry and wet samples allowing more flexibility to meet the requirements of finer powders. In one fast sample measurement you are able to measure particle width, length, aspect ratio, area and roundness.
