Automated Sample Preparation

The CambTEK RES (Rapid Extraction System) automates the sample preparation of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including: tablets, capsules, powders, gels, beads, films, and liquids, ahead of analysis. It improves quality control, productivity, process standardisation and health & safety throughout R&D and QA/QC laboratories.
 

Accelerated sample dissolution is achieved using proprietary technology; the sample is then filtered, diluted, and dispensed into septa-sealed barcoded vials. Extensive Real Time Reporting and video data greatly aids compliance and out-of-specification investigations. The RES is extremely easy to use, highly reliable, and is a platform technology that standardises processes irrespective of operator skill or geographic location.
