HTR 7000 performs fully automated traceable rheological measurements – from sample preparation to cleaning – eliminating up to 14 manual steps and freeing up entire shifts. 

HTR 7000 can work with solid samples like polymer discs, paste-like samples like adhesives, or low-viscosity samples like shampoos, conditioners, and food and polymer solutions. The high-end MCR 702e rheometer measures samples with various plate-plate and cone-plate geometries. Depending on the sample, modules for sample conditioning, preparation, and cleaning can be added.

By eliminating manual variability, automated trimming delivers unmatched reproducibility – within absolute deviance of ±1.76% of G* and a standard deviation of only 1.12% for polyethylene samples – and ensures consistent sample quality with minimal exposure to atmosphere.
