NuAire Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet
Feb 03 2025
The LabGard NU-543E biosafety cabinet maximises return on investment for laboratories seeking containment at the best long-term cost of ownership. While a low purchase price has the potential to mask long-term expenses and a higher lifetime cost, a larger initial investment into a quality BSC can yield financial savings over the long term. The LabGard biosafety cabinet is designed using an optimally sized DC ECM motor/fan system to move airflow into the permanently mounted flexible HEPEX plenum with equal pressure, distributing particles evenly on the upstream side of the HEPA filter. Even filter loading promotes uniform downflow velocity and extends HEPA filter life, while the DC ECM motor compensates for filter loading to minimise filter changes. The FlowGard control system provides the user with a clear readout of the inflow based on the data input from the exhaust airflow sensor. For containment and cost-effectiveness, NuAire is the safer choice.
Shown with optional glass sidewalls and base stand.
