The baffle is fabricated from the same white polypropylene, and the exterior is made from a chemical and flame-resistant white composite resin. This design choice enhances the hood's resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures.

The hoods are equipped with front horizontal sliding sashes that can be made from either tempered glass or polycarbonate. These sashes feature four panels on two tracks, providing flexibility and accessibility during use. Vapour-proof lighting is included to ensure safety and visibility within the work area, and the hoods come with convenient switches and an exhaust collar for efficient operation.

To maintain the non-metallic requirement, a wide range of accessories and services are available, including polypropylene cabinets.
