Collaboration expands microfluidics design capabilities for diagnostics and research

Microlight3D, a specialist in high-resolution 2D and 3D micro-scale printing systems for scientific and industrial use, has partnered with Eden Tech, a developer of advanced microfluidics technologies, to deliver enhanced design capabilities to researchers and developers working in healthcare, diagnostics and scientific research.

The collaboration brings together Microlight3D’s Smart Print UV system - offering maskless lithography of any 2D shape at micron resolution - with Eden Tech’s intuitive and rapid design application, FLUI'DEVICE. The integrated solution responds to increasing demand for precise, scalable and efficient tools for the design and fabrication of microfluidic devices, molds and structures.

Microfluidic circuits play a critical role in a wide range of applications including medical diagnostics, point-of-care testing, drug delivery and life sciences research. These devices enable manipulation of minute fluid volumes with high precision, supporting faster diagnostics and novel experimental methods.
