Chromatography
New Lachromultratm HPLC System,
Aug 13 2008
HPLC showing excellent precision and sensitivity and with minimal sample
carryover. It has been optimised for high-speed chromatography with both particulate and monolithic columns and is equipped with a number of special features such as highpressure stability, very low internal volumes and extremely fast detector response. At the same time it is excellently suited to all standard HPLC applications. Thus, method conversions from conventional HPLC to rapid Chromolith® separations as well as to high-speed chromatography can all be carried out on the same instrument. The LaChromUltraTM system and its high-speed columns filled with particles
≤ 2 μm allow conventional HPLC methods to be carried out at least 10x quicker. In this way real quantum leaps in the productivity of HPLC
analysis can be achieved.
