Flanging Tool Kit

Use ‘Flangy the Tool™’ from Microsolv Technology to make or restore plastic tubing tips or create new flanges. Since the flange is created by mechanical means rather than by heat, the resulting flange itself will be long lasting and more stable. Suitable for use with soft and semi hard low-pressure polymer tubings including PTFE, FEP, PE, ETFE, PP & Tefzel or with thin-walled PEEK to make ideal flanges for flanged tubing connectors (nuts).

This kit includes the flanging tool, a set of 5 flanging drills (pins) for a choice of diameter, a sample of PTFE tubing, the Clean-Cut™ tubing cutting tool, a selection of tubing connectors (nuts) with rings and a storage case.
