OHAUS expands Explorer® Series by introducing new balances with higher capacity

The new balances combine many of the intuitive and modern features of the already introduced Explorer products including 5.7" Color VGA touchscreen, hands-free operation sensors, modular design to fit in any location, 13 operating languages,  advanced automatic internal calibration system AutoCal™, a one second stabilization time and much more. However, the new Explorer® is equipped with additional features that support high-capacity weighing applications. Thanks to high-end load cell the new balance ranges in capacity from 12kg to 35kg and readability up to 0.1g, providing stable and accurate results.  The modular design features, among others, adjustable rolling feet which allow maximum mobility for swift relocation of the balance and an accessory tower mount ready for modular installation. These provide a variety of customizing options according to user needs. A rechargeable battery can power the balance for 10 continuous hours on one charge. Moreover the new Explorer® is IP54 protected guarding the precision balance from damage in even tougher environment. These combined enhancements improve accuracy, efficiency, and throughput.
