Shakers
Heavy Duty Orbital Shakers
Apr 25 2016
Orbital shakers are intended for shaking in ambient conditions on the bench, in an incubator, warm or cool room. MRC shakers are available in three types: benchtop platform orbital shakers, large digital orbital shakers and double platform large orbital shakers.
The platform accommodates a mix of flask clamps and offers a powerful, quiet, space saving coupled with reliability, either for gentle shaking of liquids or vigorous mixing of materials. Maintenance free, the tray is proofed against aggressive liquids.
All kinds of dishes can be placed on the platform: beakers, erlenmeyer flasks, test tube racks. It features a large easy to read LED display. A specific run
time can be entered or continuous running can be selected. The maximum load is 20kg.
MRC Shakers feature a triple eccentric drive that handles heavy workloads, provides smooth, quiet and uniform agitation that enable continuous 24-hour operation even at high speeds. Precisely balanced, extremely stable shaker mechanism with a massive cast-iron base which doesn't need to be
bolted to the floor.
These Orbital shakers are well engineered and have heavy duty orbital mechanism that provides smooth operation even when under maximum loading and speed. The top plate is 6mm aluminium and has tapped holes to accommodate flask holders from 50ml up to the heavy flasks sizes 1 to 6 litre. These shakers feature an easy to use digital control with speed and
timer display, and is attractively finished in a durable grey powder coating.
A specific run time can be entered or continuous running can be selected.
Continuous or multi-step RPM programmability, in which a timed run, consisting of a sequence of up to 9 timed steps, each at a set speed and direction of rotation, is standard. Each timed run can be repeated up to 999 times.
The units operate in temperature range of 4 to 40°C and in humidity conditions from 20 to 80% non condensing, enabling them to be used in incubators, warm rooms, environmental chambers and refrigerators.
