Entrepreneur to Help Grow Bioprint Business

Bio-printing and microarray technology company Arrayjet has appointed Joe Keegan, a San Francisco-based biotechnology entrepreneur a respected leader in the life sciences industry, as non-executive director to help drive forward future opportunities and make a transformative impact for the business.

As Chief Executive Officer at ForteBio, Inc., Dr Keegan raised $25M, established product development and sales strategies that resulted in an annual revenue growth of 45%, and exited the company through its sale to Pall Corporation.

During his nine-year tenure at Molecular Devices Corporation, Dr. Keegan grew the company's revenues from $30M to $200M through internal growth and acquisitions.

With more than 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry Dr Keegan, currently serves on the boards of several companies in the sector, as well as the San Francisco Opera. He holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Boston University and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Stanford University.

Arrayjet is supported by investment from the Archangels, the prominent Scottish-based business angel syndicate and the Scottish Investment Bank.
