Celebrating 25 years of partnership: GERSTEL & Agilent Technologies

GERSTEL Presidents/Owners Eberhard G. Gerstel and Holger Gerstel along with Managing Director Ralf Bremer attended a ceremony at the Agilent facilities in Waldbronn, Germany to celebrate a 25-year partnership between the two organisations.
 

Danilo Cazzola, Vice President EMEA Sales, Marketing and Service, Maurizio Rosati, Senior Director of Sales EMEAI, and Fred Strohmeier, Vice President and General Manager, Agilent Deutschland GmbH congratulated GERSTEL on the success achieved through years of collaboration, citing amongst other highlights, a recent customer survey that returned a highly favorable customer satisfaction rating for combined solutions.
 

Eberhard G. Gerstel received an engraved anniversary trophy to add to the long line of annual prizes awarded to GERSTEL for outstanding performance. GERSTEL is Agilent Technologies Premier Solution Partner, Platinum Level, the only Agilent Solution Partner world-wide to have reached this level. GERSTEL sample preparation and sample introduction technologies are integrated with Agilent GC/MS and LC/MS instrumentation under unified software control and the complete solution is supported by GERSTEL.
 

In the mid-eighties, both companies recognised their high synergy-potential and the opportunity to do more for customers. A great deal has been accomplished since then and both parties agreed that this was only the beginning of the story – a partnership worth celebrating.
