New NEX QC QuantEZ series of benchtop EDXRF
May 15 2015
The Rigaku NEX QC Quant EZ series of low-cost, high-resolution benchtop Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) elemental analysers delivers rapid quantitative determination of sodium (11Na) to uranium (92U) in solids, liquids, powders and alloys.
Derived from the renowned NEX QC series of elemental analysers, the NexQC QuantEZ series was designed especially for heavy industrial use and delivers elemental measurements across a diverse range of matrices—from homogeneous liquids of any viscosity to solids, thin films, alloys, slurries, powders and pastes.
The QuantEZ analytical software, which was specifically designed for this series, runs under the Microsoft® Windows® operating system on either a laptop or a benchtop personal computer. It is both user-friendly and powerful enough for the most complex analyses, with all of the functions required for calibration and routine operation.
Based on the acclaimed, easy-to-use Rigaku flow bar interface, the QuantEZ software walks the user through steps required to set up either an empirical or a fundamental parameters application. The Rigaku NEX QC+ is a new low-cost benchtop energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer. It is a compact elemental analyser that delivers rapid quantitative determination of sodium (11Na) to uranium (92U) in solids, liquids, powders and alloys. The 50kV X-ray tube and Peltier cooled silicon drift detector (SDD) offer exceptional repeatability and long-term reproducibility with excellent element peak resolution.
