New ICP Autosampler Announced
Jul 17 2017
HT1000I is the new HTA spectroscopy autosampler, compatible with a wide range of spectroscopy applications, including ICP-OES,ICP-MS, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS)and Flame Photometers.
Next generation electronics and up-to-date technologies make HT1000I the smartest autosampler in the spectroscopy market: automated calibration procedure, the management of unexpected events with automatic recovery and minimisation of the electric consumption are all outstanding features of this innovative autosampler.
The HT1000I design has been carefully studied to optimise the compactness (reducing the required bench space) and to minimise the transfer line towards the analyser. This can lead to faster cleaning, lower Argon consumption and reduced wear of the analyser components as the contact time with the sample is kept on a minimum level.
The sample carousel is organised in six racks, each of which may run a different type of sample tubes for the highest flexibility. Racks are removable in order to support off-instrument sample preparation and continuous sample feeding. Furthermore, the racks are polarised to simplify their positioning and avoid errors in loading samples.
HT1000I is equipped with a rinse station, where the sample probe is moved after the sample aspiration to be cleaned internally and externally by means of a dedicated washing pump to help combat cross contamination.
HT1000I can be controlled by the most popular ICP and AAS software to allow easy sample processing. An integrated keypad is also included to permit direct sample loading, line priming and end-of-session washes.
With HT1000I, HTA becomes the unique benchmark for the automation of analytical laboratories. After chromatography and sample preparation, HTA also covers atomic emission spectroscopy: all analytical techniques can be automated by HTA autosamplers.
