Complete X-Ray Spectrometer

The Amptek X-123 Complete X-Ray Spectrometer includes: 1) X-Ray Detector (Si-PIN or Super SDD) and Preamplifi er; 2) Digital Pulse Processor and MCA; and 3) Power Supply and Interface with PC. This hand-held, low-power, high performance instrument is simple to operate. The low-cost X-123 is ideal for OEMs developing table-top or hand-held XRF analyzers.
