The AgraStrip® Pro WATEX® test system provides for the rapid and simple on-site quantification of mycotoxins in a variety of commodities. Paired with the AgraVision™ Pro reader, the system allows for the independent and simultaneous testing of up to four samples in an intuitive, walk-away procedure.

Romer Labs has officially received received approval from the Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) for Agrastrip® Pro WATEX® Rapid Test for detection of Zearalenone in April 2022. Zearalenone is just one of the five analytes currently covered by the AgraStrip® Pro WATEX® system: solutions for total aflatoxin, deoxynivalenol, total fumonisin, and ochratoxin A are also available.

According to the Certificate of Conformance (no. FGIS 2022-158), AgraStrip® Pro Zearalenone WATEX® was found to meet all test performance criteria as defined in relevant regulations. Approved commodities include dent or field corn, corn meal, and corn flour.
