Efficient Distribution of Water & Gas Services to Synthesis / Reaction Modules

Now available from Radleys the StarFish distribution manifolds enable safe and efficient distribution of water and gas services with your synthesis / reaction modules.

Compact in design the StarFish water manifold has been designed to allow cooling water from a single source to be evenly distributed to up to five condensers and then the flow recombined to one return/drain tube. Each water manifold contains a series of five shut-off valves that automatically open when a connector is plugged in, and close and seal when the connector is removed. Consequently, reaction set-ups can be simply plugged in or removed from rapidly and without water spills. Typically two water manifolds are used in each system, one to distribute water to the condensers and one to collect coolant for recirculation or send to drain.

Similarly the StarFish gas/vacuum distribution manifold allows gas or a vacuum from a single source to be evenly distributed to up to five reactions making it ideally suited for both vacuum and gas purging. Each manifold contains shut-off valves which automatically seal when a connector is plugged in or out.

Affordably priced StarFish distribution manifolds are safer, smaller and neater than traditional glass alternatives. StarFish water manifolds are fitted with a female outlet and StarFish gas/vacuum manifolds with a male outlet, preventing incorrect connection of fluid and gas supplies.
