Improved Preparative Purification of Synthetic DNA and RNA

Phenomenex Inc has introduced a new line of columns for preparative chromatographic purification of synthetic DNA and RNA. The new Clarity Oligo-WAX media delivers high yields and purity coupled with high loading capacity. These new columns can be used in HPLC and FPLC systems.
Clarity Oligo-WAX media incorporates a cross-linked weak ion exchanger bonded to a 10 ìm high-purity silica, producing sharper peaks than traditional polymer alternatives. The high-density ligand provides a higher loading capacity along with better fractionation of closely
eluting compounds than other media. Oligo-WAX can also be used at higher flow rates and pressures for increased productivity.
