Since their first launch in 2000 MEMMERT vacuum ovens with digital electronic pressure control and energy-saving direct shelf heating – quick heating up times by local-heating with local sensing as well as comfortable precise setting of pressure - have convinced real-life users worldwide. The new generation of vacuum ovens is provided with 7-day programme timer and additional integrated timer for temperature and pressure profiles of up to 40 ramps. Each segment is adjustable from 1 min. up to 999 hours with setpoint-dependent pressure and temperature operation providing easy programming of vacuum cycles precisely adjusted to users’ requirements.
The ring memory integrated in the controller functioning as data logger with a capacity of 1024 kB recording all process related data over a period of 3 months guarantees the GLP-conforming documentation protected against manipulation. The flash protocole can be loaded via PC – as serial interface RS 232 or RS 485 and the required software
"Celsius 2007” are also included as standard, without extra charge.
Multiple overtemperature protection guarantees safe treatment of your load. ASF Automatic Safety Function with adjustable safety corridor for over- and undertemperature automatically follows the setpoint value thus presenting the optimum protection during each programme segment. MEMoryCard for programming and documentation of up to 40 ramps is now also available for vacuum ovens, as is the User-ID-Card and FDA-conforming software “Celsius 2007 FDA-Edition” (the two latter ones against extra charge).
