New Generation of Co2 Incubators ? Now with Stericard
Oct 19 2007
Maximum safety due to two temperature sensors Pt100 DIN class A in 4-wire circuit for mutual monitoring and thus continuous temperature control without interruption even in case of sensor defect. Maximum safety for the valuable load due to multiple over- and undertemperature protection by electronic temperature controller TWW, ASF Automatic Safety Function following the setpoint value at a freely selectable tolerance range and mechanical temperature limiter. Visual and audible alarm on over- or undertemperature as well as over- and under-CO2 provide for further comfort.
Last but not least maximum safety due to the sterilisation (not desinfection) of the working chamber without removal of any sensors by STERICard with fixed sterilisation cycle (4 hrs / 160°C). Sterilisation in combination with the electropolished surface of the working chamber prevent cross-contamination.
Long-term documentation of all process relevant data over a period of three months fully protected against corruption is provided by an internal ring memory as datalogger. Serial interface RS232 as well as Memmert software "Celsius 2007" for loading the files via PC are also included in the standard.
Infrared CO2 sensor for a quick and precise CO2-measurement after switching the CO2 incubator on with electronical internal barometric pressure measurement for compensation of atmospheric pressure errors.
The User-ID-Card (against extra charge) protects the programme from unauthorised operation by third parties. The FDA-version of the Memmert Software "Celsius 2007" is also available against extra charge.
