Electrophoresis Product Line Expanded

Labnet International has introduced the new Enduro Gel XLTM system to their electrophoresis product line.

The new Enduro Gel XLTM is a complete and compact system for nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) separation in agarose gels. The system includes a programmable Power Supply, Gel Running Tank and a complete Gel Casting Set for quick gel preparation. Expensive consumables, such as pre-cast gels and special buffers are not required.

The Power Supply features a large, digital LCD display and allows precise control of voltage (10V to 150V), current (10mA to 400mA), and run time. The Power Supply and Gel Running Tank simply connect side-by-side, eliminating the typical red and black wire leads and saving considerable bench space. An ‘eject’ button is used to separate the components for easy cleaning.
Gel casting accessories allow easy preparation of miniature (6x6cm), medium (6x12.5cm) and large (12cm x 12.5cm) gels with various sample well volumes and spacing. This makes the system useful for a range of applications from quick screening of a few samples to screening up to 96 PCR samples. Multichannel compatible combs are included to maximise sample loading efficiency, and all gel trays are UV transparent for transillumination.
