New Stainless Steel Pressure Reducing Valve Protects Against Excessive Supply Pressures, with Many Benefits
Jan 30 2008
By maintaining a constant ideal pressure, irrespective of supply pressure and height, it protects water installations against high supply pressures so reducing leaks and corrosion. By maintaining lower pressures it reduces water consumption, reduces splashing at hand basins and minimises system flow noise. It is also ideal to regulate water pressures to individual floors of multi-level buildings.
Industries and applications where a stainless steel valve may be required include processing and chemicals, the food and beverage industry, dosing and dilution systems, electronic component manufacturing, hospitals, automobile manufacture and fire extinguishing systems.
The D06FI can be used with any compatible chemical, solvent, gas or liquid, cold and warm potable water, compressed air and nitrogen within the scope of valid standards (e.g. DIN EN 12502). It is DVGW approved and its materials comply with KTW requirements and DIN 4109.
The D06 has an inbuilt filter and a stainless steel filter bowl for easy in-line maintenance. The maximum temperature in service is 70 degrees.
