Expansion of Product Range with Sensoplate? Plus

The design of SensoPlate? Plus, by Greiner Bio-One GmbH, was achieved in cooperation with Evotec Technologies GmbH and is specially optimised for fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) and derived methods for single molecule detection (FCS+plus) as well as other advanced microscopy applications.
SensoPlate? Plus microplates are available in 384 or 1536 well formats and feature a high optical quality of the glass bottom with an exceptionally low curvature of less than 100 µm. The microplates are particularly recommended for FCS procedures as well as related confocal microscopy applications (FCS+plus). Their design is suited for automated procedures and follows the same format as Greiner Bio-One's already successful SensoPlate?. Each microplate consists of a 175-µm thick borosilicate glass bottom attached to a black polystyrol frame. The adhesive used to attach the glass is resistant to DMSO and 70% ethanol as well as being compatible with cell culture media. The optimised microplate geometry of SensoPlate? Plus also permits a complete utilisation of all wells for measurements with immersion objectives.
