Our medical labels are manufactured from high quality polyester, polycarbonate and polypropylene materials featuring a range of 3M, Avery, Ritrama and Lintec permanent and high tack adhesive combinations for long lasting performance. Our extensive range of premium label materials offer you a durable and reliable method for identifying samples within the laboratory. Suitable for the identification of patient sample tubes, gynaecology and non-gynaecology sample slides and general laboratory storage and plasticware. We specialise in wrap around labels (extra thin) that seal and protect all printed information, providing extra security from excessive handling and hostile storage conditions. As well as label sets for tube and cap identification, including colour coding and variable data print.

We offer a full in-house bureau service, (via our ISO 9001 work frames) facilitating all print requirements including QR codes, 2 data matrix codes and 1D barcode variable data with 100% scanning of all barcodes and 2D matrix codes. Our labels are suited for extreme environments including freezer storage -20c to -196c and have enhanced resistance to a range of solvents, chemicals and handling ensuring that all print remains legible (not smudged).

Durable and permanent are two of the main criteria required when looking for labels for the identification of laboratory cryogenic samples. Our specialist “Cryo” polyester meets this requirement, and also has a specially formulated adhesive that allows for long term bonding when used on plastic cryogenic storage pots and tubes, and can be directly immersed in liquid nitrogen at -196°C without risk of de-lamination.

Its ability to be used in the harshest environments is paired with its versatility for the user - Available in either sheet or roll format, the Matt (laser printable) and Satin (Thermal transfer printable) polyester materials can be supplied in almost any size and shape allowing the end user the flexibility of printing on demand, durable barcode and batch control labels within their own office / laboratory.
